Heading to the Albany Tulip Festival this Mother’s Day weekend? The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is making it easier to get to Washington Park with a free shuttle service. Shuttles will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, and Sunday, May 12.
If you're looking for Albany Tulip Festival parking, you can leave your car at one of three lots and hop on a shuttle:

CDTA shuttles to Washington Park will arrive every 20 to 25 minutes.
