It's the biggest block party in the Capital Region
Schenectady County SummerNight is back on Friday, July 11, bringing a free evening of music, food, and family fun to Downtown Schenectady. The annual block party kicks off at 5 p.m. on State Street and ends with a fireworks show.
Headlining the CDTA Main Stage are the Lords of 52nd Street, the original band members behind Billy Joel’s biggest hits, and Philadelphia Freedom, a popular Elton John tribute act. The George Kirker Stage will feature performances from Local 11 and local singer-songwriter Sydney Worthley.
The event includes food vendors, sand sculptures, a kids zone and entertainment for all ages. SummerNight is free to attend and is the biggest summer block party in the Capital Region.
