The eatery expects to open within the next few weeks
The former Hong Kong Bakery and Bistro will soon have a new tenant. Briana Lin, a Capital Region restaurateur, plans to open the area’s first Prince Tea House franchise at 8 Wolf Road. Lin, who has become close friends with Lai and Chan, saw this as the perfect opportunity, telling News 10:
We felt that taking over the space would not only allow us to continue their legacy but also offer us a great opportunity.
Prince Tea House specializes in hot tea, milk tea, smoothies, pastries, cakes, waffles, sandwiches, and more. With locations across the Northeast, this will be their first for upstate New York, set to open in early January.
Lin also owns several local restaurants, including Yang’s Asian Bistro and Sawa Sushi Bistro.
