The restaurant will return to its previous location
Johnny Rockets is making a comeback at Crossgates in Guilderland.
The classic burger-and-shake restaurant is expected to reopen later this year on the lower level near Regal Cinemas, bringing its familiar diner-style atmosphere and menu back to the shopping center.
Customers can expect Johnny Rockets favorites including burgers, fries, onion rings and hand-spun milkshakes. The chain is known for its retro-inspired American diner theme and classic comfort food.
Johnny Rockets previously operated at Crossgates for more than 20 years before closing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Its return will bring the restaurant back after several years away.
The brand was founded in Los Angeles in 1986 and has since grown into an international chain.
An exact opening date has not yet been announced, but Johnny Rockets is expected to return to Crossgates later this year.
