I love to grill and smoke meats in the Spring and Summer months. I will literally spend hours out there on the weekend with various cuts of chicken, pork and beef. My friends love it this time of the year because I always bring them samples of what I have done. I am old school in the fact that I make all of my rubs and my sauces from scratch. Nothing from the bottle for this guy. If you are driving through downtown Glens Falls and smell something incredible coming from a grill or smoker I can't say for sure that it's me... but it probably is!!
