Summer concert season is just about here and the City of Cohoes has revealed their lineup for 'Rock the Block' 2024.
Every year, the city puts on free concerts on Thursday nights throughout the summer at Canal Square. All the shows are free to attend. Here's who you can make plans to see this summer:
- June 13: Damn the Torpedoes - America's Premier Tom Petty Tribute Band
- June 20: Against the Grayne - Alt/Rock/Country from Lake Luzerne
- June 27: The Refrigerators - Horn fueled party band from the Capital Region
- July 4: NO CONCERT
- July 11: Cryin' Out Loud - Party band playing all your favorites
- July 18: Beatin' the Odds - Southern Rock
- July 25: Skeeter Creek - Country party band
- August 1: The Platters - Legendary 50s and 60s vocal group
- August 8: Hammer of the Gods - Led Zeppelin Tribute Band
All shows begin at 6:30pm, food and beverages will be on sale. Bring your own blanket or lawn chair and enjoy!
