It will re-open in early 2025
Stacks Espresso Bar, currently at 260 Lark Street, will soon call the Café Hollywood property at 275 Lark Street home. The move, planned for February 1, marks a significant step for Stacks, which has been a Lark Street staple since 2014.
The relocation will allow Stacks to expand its offerings and create a space for community connection. “Café Hollywood’s spacious patio, kitchen, and ample room for gathering made it the perfect fit for our next chapter,” the Stacks team shared with News 10.
Closed since November, Café Hollywood’s transition comes after a challenging year. Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan expressed optimism for Stacks’ future, saying, “This is a wonderful step for Lark Street, bringing fresh energy and vibrancy to the neighborhood.”
Stacks plans to reimagine the space with expanded food options, events, cocktails, and entertainment, ensuring Lark Street remains a vibrant destination.
