James Taylor In Nashville

The Grand Ole Opry has had a very exciting year celebrating their 100th Anniversary.  Next up, James Taylor will make his Opry debut on November 11, 2025.  Taylor is a perfect fit for the Opry spotlight!  After all, many of his songs sound 'countrier' than most country radio singles today.  In celebration of his appearance, we take a look at a few of his Country contributions:

James Taylor wrote 'Bartender's Blues'- A Top 10 hit for George Jones.

James Taylor sang with Ricky Skaggs on 'New Star Shining'.

James Taylor sang with Garth Brooks on 'What I'm Thankful For'.

James Taylor earned a Grammy for Country Collaboration of the Year, with Alison Krauss, for 'How's The World Treating You' - on the tribute album to the Louvin Brothers.

Check out our tribute to Bill Anderson, Kathy Mattea, Jeannie Seely, and Charley Pride.
