Passengers on Allegiant Air flights experienced significant delays at Albany International Airport due to severe weather and power outages. The airport officials clarified that the issue was with Allegiant and not the airport itself. The basketball team from Redemption Christian Academy was among those affected, stuck on the tarmac for over four hours. Allegiant released a statement acknowledging the delays. The situation was managed by contracted ground crew as multiple aircraft were affected.
