News 10 is reporting that the restaurant's current owners, Paul and Nancy Nichols, are looking to retire and have put the legendary eatery up for sale. Asking price: $2,395,000.
Sale of the restaurant includes a second floor 3 bedroom apartment, kitchen appliances and refrigeration equipment.
