Former President Trump was facing 37 felony charges from Special Counsel Jack Smith in the Probe, in which he had pleaded not guilty to all charges. After the recent Supreme Court decision on Presidential immunity, Trump's lawyers asked the judge to pause all further action until the could review and see if the immunity ruling would allow the case to move forward.
