It's National Pie Day today. I can't believe that pie only gets one day! Every Day should be pie day. There is nothing better for dessert after dinner or even lunch than a nice piece of pie. I love almost all pies. My favorite is pecan pie and I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I am also a big fan of of apple pie, and homemade strawberry-rhubarb pie (it's a Northeast thing). Any chocolate pie fans out there?? I am just happy to see that pie is getting the props it so richly deserves, I just think it should be more than a day. Let's lobby for National Pie Month and give it some real attention. Wait a second.... it's National PI day.. it's a math thing! Are you kidding me. I like my PIE day better. Would you rather eat Pie, or see if there play with you calculator figuring out what PI is? 3.14 (Infinity).
