It's good to see great people doing something for a great cause. The Saratoga Professional Firefighters hockey team "The Saratoga Springs Fire" will play a charity hockey game against the Troy Firefighters IAFF Local 86 hockey team to raise money for renovations and an expansion of the Farm Toy Show Building at the Washington County Fair in Greenwich, New York. The proposed work will cost about $16,000. The game will be held at the Cool Insuring Arena in Glens Falls at 6pm. Admission to the game is free, but the fire companies are accepting donations. Please attend and please be generous, as this is a wonderful thing they are doing for the community.
